The 8th annual Protein Trends & Technologies Seminar is now scheduled for September 28-29, 2021, at the Westin NW Hotel, Itasca, Illinois (a northwest suburb of Chicago).  Additionally, a series of online webinars and other events are being planned for 2021 and beyond.
