COVID 19 STATEMENT & REQUIREMENTS

Global Food Forums’ 2022 Protein Trends & Technologies Seminar takes place in Itasca, IL., USA, a suburban town some 30-minutes west of Chicago’s O’Hare airport. Our goal is to provide our attendees with a healthy conference experience. The following Covid 19 Statement & Requirements is to help achieve this goal.

Required Documents for the 2022 Protein Trends & Technologies Seminar
All registrants must submit one of the two following documents to attend the conference:
• A Covid vaccination/immunization card, or
• A document with a negative Covid test taken within 72 hours before the conference. Both PCR and antigen test results are accepted.

To speed up your on-site registration either:
1) email your vaccination card to jenny@globalfoodforums.com (preferred method) or
2) upload it to https://fileinbox.com/globalfoodforums/ using the access code GlobalFood (one word, case sensitive). Please rename the card’s image before uploading so that your first and last name is part of the filename.

We will accept vaccination cards and negative Covid test results on-site, which may increase your registration time.

Masks
Mask wearing is at the discretion of each attendee, understanding that as of July 24, 2022, the State of Illinois, DuPage County, and the city of Itasca have no mask requirements. Should this change, our guidelines will adhere to their standards.

Thank you for your consideration of our Covid 19 Statement & Requirements.
