Global Food Forums’ 8th Protein Trends & Technologies Seminar (October 25-26, 2022, at the Westin NW Hotel, Itasca [a northwest suburb of Chicago], Illinois, USA) is the industry’s only in-person, product development event solely dedicated to protein ingredients.
This food science and applications-oriented event is designed specifically for food scientists/product developers working on protein-enhanced, plant-based foods, beverages and supplements. The 2-day Formulating with Proteins program features 16 expert speakers recruited from prestigious product development firms, consultancies, leading academia institutions, research organizations & food companies.
The core of our 2022 Formulating with Proteins program provides attendees with practical, impartial and “how-to” formulation advice to develop plant-based, protein-enhanced consumer products. Additional topics under consideration for 2022 include novel and future protein ingredients, supply chain challenges, regulatory updates, nutrition, sustainability and key consumer and new product trends.
